DIY: Activating Data and Filling Gaps without a Developer
🗓️ 11am – 12:30pm
Why wait for a developer when you can do it yourself? In this session, we’re deconstructing the “Developer-Free” workflows that allowed Gardner Business Media to move at the speed of their business.
Led by Alex Lytle from Gardner Business Media and Ray Provencio from Omeda, this session focuses on the tools that bridge the gap between Omeda and the rest of your tech stack. You will learn how to automate the “grunt work” of lead management and use AI to turn messy data into a goldmine—no coding required.
- No-Code Lead Activation: Alex will share how Gardner uses Zapier and Webhooks to instantly push lead data from Omeda forms to external destinations like HubSpot, Salesforce, or even a real-time Excel sheet for advertiser transparency.
- AI Optimization: Learn how to use external AI tools to normalize messy data. We’ll show you how to automatically fill gaps in your database (like missing job titles or industries) by analyzing behavioral patterns and domain data.
- Creating Universal Demographics: Master the art of the “Universal Demographic.” Learn how to map disparate data points from different sources into a single, clean demographic structure that powers your entire database.
✅ The Payoff: Get the tools to own your own roadmap—eliminating the ‘developer bottleneck’ and moving from idea to execution in hours, not weeks.

Inbox Placement 2026: Navigating New Sender Requirements
🗓️ 1:30pm – 2:30pm
The rules of the inbox have changed. Is your strategy ready?
Email marketing remains the highest ROI channel in the industry, but only if your messages reach your audience. With Google and Yahoo’s 2026 requirements now in full effect, “batch and blast” is no longer just ineffective—it’s a liability.
Join us for this high-level bootcamp where we will deconstruct the new reporting standards from major ISPs and show you how to leverage Omeda’s internal tools alongside external dashboards to ensure your emails stay in the primary tab.
The 2026 Inbox Curriculum:
- The “Promotion Tab” Survival Guide: Understand the algorithmic triggers that bury newsletters. We’ll cover the latest 2026 guidelines on HTML-to-text ratios, link density, and why “conversational” copy is winning over “promotional” design.
- Google Postmaster Tools v2: A guided tour of the new interface. We’ll explain why “Reputation Scores” have disappeared and how to use the new Compliance Status Dashboard to stay ahead of enforcement.
- Yahoo Sender Hub Insights: Deep-dive into Yahoo’s new “Insights” tab. Learn why their spam rate metrics may look different from your ESP and how to use this data to identify hidden engagement issues.
- Engagement Signals vs. Vanity Metrics: Why “Replies” and “Forwards” are now more powerful than “Opens,” and how to structure your campaigns to encourage these high-value signals.
✅ The Payoff: You’ll leave with the insights to help move your brand from the Promotions tab to the Primary inbox.
